How can you prevent arthritis in the hands and carpal tunnel?
I have two jobs, is difficult to require the work of my hands. I serve Chilis and often lead plates and dishes, and I'm also the cook in a kindergarten and a lot of washing dishes and cooking large meals. At the time when you get home, it is physically difficult what I like: playing video games. Lately I have had more problems and more of the guitar in Rock Band guitar because my fingers are closed and my joints are strained. Constantly holding the trigger right in GTA IV is also difficult. My reactions are delayed in Halo 3 because my frozen joints. Get different work is not an option at this time. What I need is to know some good features / treatments I can do all day. If you do not have my video games, then I will be very sad. Thanks
I had that problem and the doctor gave me a plastic that is heated and formed in my hand and fingers and put in Velcro to hold it in place and says to use when I was sleeping and could in the day and has cured my problem which might require two weeks or two months. Time for a hand specialist or ask your doctor where you can get a tutor as I described. it really works. My fingers will star in me because tendons were damaged or more workers.
