Olympic Games Quotations

It is unlikely that a three-time Olympian can teach the power of faith
You know you're only six inches away from a great success life and achieve their dreams?
Only six inches.
It is quite true? It 's the approximate measure of the space is enclosed between the ears.
In the confined space is, if you want to see the full potential need to achieve your wildest dreams come true.
You only need to take things within that space well organized – and "there is no obstacle." Ninety percent of us spend ninety percent of the time release negative data.
No wonder the world is a mess! (Eek! I got "By incorporating some negative data"!)
Seriously, it's essential that we learn to change the negative things the positive contribution.
I just read a lot in the quote about "positive feedback" as an athlete, three-time Olympian, Ruben Gonzalez (more from him in a minute). Ruben wrote:
"In life you get what you want. You get what six. The best way to improve is to change what happens in your mind. We are a product of what happens in our minds. What do you think determines what you do. What it determines what you do. "
Olympic athletes as Rubén González understand.
They know the plans I have the time to determine how well they perform. Every thought is like the 'team recently, the smallest unit of information possible. Put them all together and become the bit beliefs.
The importance of faith can not be overstated.
For example, in April 1954, Roger Bannister did what no one in world history had ever done before. Broke Barrier four-minute mile!
Then, later that same month, many people also run a mile in less than four Mintues!
Since then, More than 20,000 people have broken the 4 minute "barrier."
What happened?
Perhaps the laws to change the universe?
No! BELIEF changed.
Suddenly, a number of athletes began to believe that "If Roger Bannister can do it, I can do also"
When Rubén González was in third grade she realized she wanted to be an Olympic athlete. Then, when the university was so inspired by the performances of Scott Hamilton at the Sarajevo Games, which took the decision "incredible" to train for the Olympics.
Rubén González was decision for the estimation of many people, "incredible" because, as he is the first to admit, was nothing more than a football player eleven seconds, and already, at age 21, considered "too old" to start a new sport and reach levels of competence in the same Olympics.
But He did just that. Ruben took the luge, a sport known for being reckless when lying on his back in a little plastic "and send a toboggan about 85 kilometers per hour.
To do this you must be crazy, or has a very wild dream!
As Ruben did increase the self-confidence to achieve his dream?
The first thing he did was not physical, but mental (in the positive sense of the word – in fact).
Rubén started to read biographies of great people and high achievers have discovered that all were motivated by a dream were lovers.
And they have never stopped chasing.
The other thing that Ruben did was look for people I respect. Associate with people who think big and start thinking big too. Obtaining the support of those who respect is a great way to increase your own confidence.
Four years later, Ruben Gonzalez competed in the 1988 Olympic Games Calgary Winter on the sled. He went on to compete at the 1992 Albertville Olympics and 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City.
He is currently Training for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010. That will make the first person to compete in four Winter Olympics, each in a decade different, and even at age 47, one of the oldest!
Ruben says: "I'm not a big shot. I'm shooting a little" following fire. They are proof that ordinary people can do extraordinary things if they just put the right things on their minds. "
