How can we use moderation in life?
Moderation is the answer to something? (These are some of the things that people have criticized speak but ultimately acceptable in today's society, with the condition of moderation) – eating and diet, sudden snack attacks – working hard at school / work – Being with friends – video games – - Exercise of playing a musical instrument – the reading and writing – learn something new
She has reason to believe that moderation plays a central role in everything we do. To eat, sleep, work, education and even the bathroom, with a good balance is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Although sometimes you can pay over style (for example, work towards something) that can carry a high price to pay, including stress and sleep deprivation takes its toll on the body and mind. Do not put in enough effort has its consequences. Like everything in life, the efforts made, if amounts were more or less has its rewards or consequences depending on how they are willing to assume.
