HDTV (screwed by cable again)?
HDTV is a joke ! You should understand that most Channels can say they are HD but most of their programs are not . Also most reruns can not be HD. Also now what about VHS or DVD’s . Be ready to pay over $200 per month just for Cable. Also those T.V.’s you might have bought you can forget it . Also just take time and find out just what your paying for . Most cable channels are reruns and dont forget those informercals. One night I was turning the channels and saw the same one playing on at the same time on 5 channels. Also take comcast in my area they black out some games on TBS and show regular programs BUT until the game is over TBS has no sound. Then there is the FREE viewing which seems funny but the equipment always breaks down and is not repaired until the free viewing is over is’nt that funny (yeah right!). Also don’t forget their fee increases that are allowed . At this point they offer ON-DEMAND but hold on they don’t mean the movies that you will need to buy .
Thats why you get an hddvd player.
