Will the xbox 360 subscription code for xbox live work on the original xbox?I rly want to play halo 2 on live.

Since I can’t find a card subscription code for original xbox,wondering if the xbox 360 one will work on mine.Some guy at EB Games told me it might work, because xbox 360 and xbox work on same server for halo 2. Just need verification plz.
