should i trade my (core) xbox 360 in for a 60 GB ps3?
j/w b/c i have a xbox 360 but i can’t go online and there hasn’t been any new games released for it in a month +. and i REALLY REALLY wanna play Resistance fall of man on the ps3. also which system the 360 or ps3 has better graphics? and i don’t know why ppl are sayin there’s a ‘’shortage” of ps3’s. b/c at my EB there’s atleast 5-6 ps3’s on sale, although they ARE the $600 ones, thanks.
Do u need a broadband internet connection to play online games on the ps3, or not? b/c on the 360 u do, and if i don’t have to have broadband to play the ps3 games, then i’ll definately get a ps3 tommorrow!
I’d do it. You’re trading in a 300 buck machine for a 600 buck machine.
Technically, the PS3 is capable of better graphics, but you’re not going to see that much of a difference until 2 or 3 years down the road. Right now, the 360 has been released a year before the PS3, so programmers have had over a year lead to get to know the 360 hardware, so the current 360 graphics are just as good and sometimes better than the current PS3 graphics.
Problem with the PS3 right now is that it’s in a slump like the 360 and Wii when it comes to games. If you think you can play Resistance online for the next 2 or 3 months without getting bored, then by all means, do the trade. That’s right, it’s going to be around March before the PS3 sees a blockbuster hit.
