Australian team?

Does anyone know how to qualify for the Australian team for the Commonwealth Games 2010, I choose to 100m atheltics, alive distance of Queensland and there is no oppurtunity a lot here, so I'm trying on my own! Reasearching I tried but I can not seem to find anything, im just maybhe not looking in the right place, please help! I have really looking forward to comonwealth games, so any suggestion, each with a knowledge of what it takes? even phycologically some idea of how to train myself to sprint I can find my concentration and discipline in the 100-meter race missing!
